We are able to make amendments to the mixes to reduce carbon or extend material lifespan, which in turn reduces lifetime carbon. This could include supplying in a warm mix, utilising RAP (Recycled Asphalt Planings) or supplying single layer products, such as Breedon OneCoat.
Yes, our Breedon Porous asphalt allows water to free drain, therefore reducing the risk of standing water and helping to filter water naturally. Breedon Porous does need to be laid as part of a SuDs system, please get in touch to discuss your requirements.
Material can typically be trafficked within 24 hours, however we recommend that full curing can take longer. During the curing time it is important that there is no power steering or heavy vehicles on the surface. Curing times can be extended during periods of hot weather.
