We have an integrated risk management framework to assess and monitor risks across our operations. Our Board has ultimate responsibility for risk oversight under this framework.
Our Head of Sustainability serves as the link between the Board, the Sustainability Steering Committee, the Executive Leadership team and the sustainability focussed working groups across all the Divisions.
Breedon’s Board oversees the management of our company, providing experienced and independent leadership.
Our Board collectively possesses a broad and deep range of skills that enables effective oversight of strategy and risk management, including as it relates to our sustainability priorities.
Our Executive Committee helps ensure that Breedon’s sustainability narrative and goals are consistent with operational priorities, challenges and opportunities. Breedon’s Group Sustainability function works to develop and implement our sustainability strategy, to drive performance and to ensure transparent reporting, communication, data collection and responses to consultations, surveys, ratings and rankings bodies.
