You must register your UK bank/building society account details by the dividend Record Date to receive your dividend by direct credit. If you do not register your details, your dividend will be retained, until your valid bank/building society details are received.

Please note that unclaimed dividends will not accrue interest while they are being held.

There are two ways to register your bank/building society details:

Online: Log in to the share portal at https://www.breedonshares.com and follow the link from the homepage to ‘Register your bank account details for dividend payments’  then follow the instructions. If you have not registered for Breedon Shares (previously Signal Shares) before you will require your Investor Code (IVC) which can be found on your share certificate(s).

By phone: Call our Registrar Link Group and speak to one of their team on 0371 664 0300* and after answering a few security questions, your mandate details can be updated (see Registrar Services for call charges).

If you do not have a UK bank/building society account, you may be able to sign up to the International Payment Service, through which you can receive payment of your dividend in your local currency. Please contact Link Group for further information.

Electronic bank transfer is the most secure method of payment. Link Group will only use your account details to facilitate the payment of dividends with your bank. The details are maintained securely by Link Group.

Providing your bank details does not provide Link Group with access to your bank account and will only be used for the payment of dividends.

A dividend confirmation can be downloaded from https://www.breedonshares.com following the dividend payment date.

If you register your email address you will automatically receive a notification when your dividend confirmation is available.

Alternatively you can register to receive an annual paper dividend confirmation by calling Link on 0371 664 0300 (see Registrar Services for call charges) or emailing [email protected].

If not already done so and you would like to receive all your shareholder communications from Breedon more quickly online, reduce paper and printing costs, and reduce the environmental impact, please register your details through www.breedonshares.com.

DIVIDEND REINVESTMENT PLAN (‘DRIP’) (UK and Channel Islands only)

Link Group provide a Dividend Reinvestment Plan ('DRIP') which provides shareholders in the UK and Channel Islands with the opportunity to reinvest their dividend payments to purchase additional ordinary shares in the Company. If you choose to join the DRIP, Link will use the cash dividend payment to which you are entitled to acquire further ordinary shares in the Company on your behalf as soon as practicable after the dividend payment date. If you wish to join the DRIP you can do so on online at https://www.breedonshares.com, contact Link Group on 0371 664 0381 (see Registrar Services for call charges) or email [email protected] to request a DRIP application form.

In order to be effective for a particular dividend, any application must reach Link by no later than the DRIP election date specified in the financial calendar. Applications to join the DRIP received after that date will take effect from the next dividend payment date.

Please note that due to the minimum charge, the service may not be cost effective for all participants, and the value of shares, and any income from them, can fall as well as rise. This is not a recommendation to purchase shares and if you are in any doubt as to what action you should take you should consult an appropriately qualified professional advisor.
