Yes. In colder temperatures, traditional concrete sets more slowly, which can increase the risk of freezing before it gains strength. Rapid setting concrete reduces this risk by developing strength quickly, even in low temperatures.
Our ready-mix concrete is normally delivered in an 8-wheeler mixer truck that typically carries 7.5m3 of concrete and has a gross weight of 32t. For hard-to-access areas or smaller loads our Breedon Minimix service may be suitable.
