Learning and Development Ambition

We want all our colleagues to be able to contribute fully to the success of Breedon.  We strive to create an environment where every individual can contribute and colleagues feel empowered to use their strengths, talents and competencies, whilst understanding how they can get fully involved in the business.

We use a range of methods, including formal training (using both internal and external providers), coaching and mentoring and on-the-job experience. ​​​

Performance & Development

At Breedon we're proud of our colleagues and wish to get the best from everyone.  We use the annual Performance & Development Review process to review past performance, set future objectives and identify development needs.
