Our bitumen emulsion binders are a versatile product used for road construction and maintenance. We have a dedicated facility in Blanchardstown, Dublin which supplies all emulsions in accordance with EN 13808:2013, the European Specification.

The addition of Polymer to Bitumen enhances its properties, such as:

  • increased ductility
  • increased softening point
  • increased viscosity
  • increased tensile strength
  • increased cohesion strength

  • thin-layer asphalts and porous asphalts
  • asphalt and macadam to underlay surfaces

Envirosurf is an emulsion used for both in-situ and ex-situ cold mix recycling.

Envirosurf is an emulsion used for both in-situ and ex-situ cold mix recycling.

When mixed with cold moist aggregates it achieves excellent initial coating, strength and resistance to water. Cold mix asphalt is a lower carbon alternative to hot mix asphalt.
