Placing & Finishing: Breedon Titan is typically laid in excess of 100mm in depth and can be placed using a conventional skip, pump or direct placement methods. Full compaction will be achieved by the correct application of standard vibrating equipment. The use of a curing membrane is essential.
This concrete has an exceptionally low bleed rate tendency. The surface of the concrete must be protected against moisture loss during casting. Excessive drying rates should be avoided within the first 24 hours and curing should begin immediately after the concrete has been placed and finished.

Our ready-mix concrete is normally delivered in an 8-wheeler mixer truck that typically carries 7.5m3 of concrete and has a gross weight of 32t. For hard-to-access areas or smaller loads our Breedon Minimix service may be suitable.
