Product Overview

Improve durability, resist deformation and extend pavement life with Breedon FibrePave™.

Designed to provide outstanding structural integrity in demanding, heavily trafficked environments, Breedon FibrePave™ is a German-style stone mastic asphalt (SMA) enhanced with cellulose fibres. Its fibre-reinforced composition creates a durable, high-performance surface that offers excellent resistance to deformation under concentrated traffic loading.

Breedon FibrePave™ helps to reduce surface wear and maintain long-term pavement performance, making it well suited to trunk roads, major highways, roundabouts, junctions, car parks and other high-stress locations where standard surface courses can be prone to deterioration.

Breedon FibrePave™ creates a smooth, uniform surface that can help reduce road noise and surface water spray while supporting a safer, more comfortable driving experience.

Why choose Breedon FibrePave™

Enhanced durability
Breedon FibrePave™ has been designed to provide extended service life compared with standard SMA and thin surfacing materials.

Excellent resistance to rutting and deformation
The high binder content, cellulose fibre inclusion and optimised grading deliver exceptional resistance to trafficking stresses.

Impermeable surface
The low air void content limits water ingress and helps to protect the pavement structure.

Climate and ageing resistance
Offering strong resistance to weathering, moisture and long-term environmental exposure to provide a durable, long-term surface.

Breedon FibrePave™ is available with a range of PSV aggregates to suit site-specific requirements.
