Holme Hall Quarry hosts family open day
Breedon welcomed its local communities near to Holme Hall quarry for a weekend of free family fun in September 2022.
The quarry was transformed for a jam-packed 2 days of fun activities including fairground rides, quarry coach tours, face painting, balloon modelling, digging for 'artefacts' and much more!
It was also an opportunity for the local community to understand more about the vital role of the quarry, our work in the local area, and to see areas of the site that have already been restored, providing woodland and thriving habitats for nature conservation.
