Apprenticeship recruitment timeline

Applications sought, collated and reviewed.

Interviews conducted, providing opportunities for apprentices to meet the hiring team, ask questions, and learn more about Breedon. 

Formal offers extended to selected apprentices.

Onsite tours arranged, allowing apprentices to familiarise themselves with the work environment.  "Meet the team" sessions and introductions to college and training providers..

Onboarding, consisting of 3 days of orientation and induction meetings – with overnight accommodation paid for.
