It should be well laid-out and should highlight your skills, abilities and any qualifications or experience you have. If you’re unsure where to start, then there are lots of useful online tools and resources that can help you with this.

Preparing for an Interview with Us

We’ll focus on your skills, experience and behaviour, so you’ll be asked for examples of how you’ve approached different situations and challenges in the past, drawing on your experience from study, home or work.

by telling us why you want to work for us – what role do you see yourself in and why?

tell us about you and what skills you have. Maybe you’re super organised and always hand your homework in on time or maybe you love playing sports like football or hockey and really enjoy working as part of a team.

tell us about your achievements and what’s important to you. For example, tell us what GCSE’s,
A-Levels, Highers, BTEC qualifications you have achieved and at what grade. Maybe you have received an award or volunteered locally to gain experience – we’d love to hear about it!
